Have you transitioned recently into a new role or company? Maybe you’re finding it hard to get back to the beginning after being an expert, have some imposter syndrome, or aren’t sure if this role is a long-term fit for you. 

This is a space to come together with individuals in similar situations to set intentions for your role, help you orient back to being a beginner, and develop the right habits and relationships from early on. I can’t stop a transition from being hard, but I can help you navigate through it with more intention and more wins along the way.  

Leader to Leader: 

Where leaders like you come together to share experiences, tackle common challenges, and work towards shared goals. It's the perfect opportunity to break through roadblocks, establish a safe and supportive network, and experience a reduced sense of isolation. In this collaborative space, you'll find the inspiration and camaraderie you need to thrive as a leader.
