Jordana Cole is an igniter of leadership and team potential. As a coach, Jordana combines a strengths-based approach, insightful questions, energetic accountability, and a dash of humor, with her wealth of knowledge and experience in psychology and leadership development to create a space rich with insights and motivation to spark behavioral change. She’s committed to helping those she coaches translate their goals (whether they be related to their career, to workplace relationships, or to team success) into meaningful impact that creates stronger results and enhanced fulfillment at work and at home.
Outside of coaching and all things leadership development, Jordana can be found on stage playing her ukulele as a member of “The Anti Janes” rock band, as a board member leading the MAPP Alumni Association, or in the woods with her two dogs.
Having spent 10 years as a global learning & development leader, leadership development facilitator, and applied improviser, Jordana has witnessed firsthand the power of coaching in transforming behaviors and habits to create positive outcomes that enable individuals and business to thrive over time. In 2015, Jordana began her coaching journey and became a certified Clifton Strengths coach through the Gallup organization. Since then, she’s spent more than 800 hours coaching hundreds of leaders and teams around the globe from individual contributors to VP leaders, spanning roles from manufacturing, to technology to sales and service (and everything in between). Her organizational background includes non-profits, higher education, SAAS technology, financial services, retail, and e-commerce.
As an alumna and former assistant instructor of the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology program, Jordana integrates the science of wellbeing, human motivation, and behavioral change in her coaching practice. She believes that anyone can benefit from a coach to better lead their lives, their work, their teams, and/or their communities.
Leadership coaching should create thriving leaders and teams, not just fix bad behaviors. Leadership coacihing is for everyone, not only the C-Suite. My comprehensive coaching approach blends strengths, leadership development, and positive & humanistic psychology. I’m here to help you not only turn the lightbulbs on, but to actually spark personal transformation.
I am to deeply understand the whole person -- who you are, in all facets of your being, who you want to be as a leader and why that's important to you, so that together we can uncover the right goals, motivation, and actions.
By the end of coaching, you'll have more self-awareness, more confidence in your interactions with others, and feel energized and capable to be an impactful leader today, tomorrow, and in the future.
“My time spent in coaching with Jordana has been the most impactful and meaningful investment that I've made for myself, my team, and my peers. Because of the work I've done with her I am a better Leader which has resulted in a stronger and more engaged Leadership Team.
The insights that I gain through my coaching conversations with Jordana have helped me to face some of my toughest career challenges head on and with better outcomes than I would have had otherwise. She encourages me to dig deeper and think about things through new and different lenses while also challenging me with the tough questions and the space to work to find the answers.
Knowing that I have time set aside for myself with Jordana is one of the things that has kept me going and growing through times of tremendous change and uncertainty. I cannot speak highly enough about Jordana, her approach, and the way that she supports and encourages continued growth for individuals and teams.”
